對於剛入職或經驗尚淺的同事, 我們會安排資深員工帶領他們適應工作崗位, 一步一步學習實踐知識於實際工作上，共同成長。此外，我們的員工培訓一直朝著「優化專業表現、發掘員工潛力」的方向前進。除了定期舉辦經驗分享會以促進跨部門交流，我們更會提供機會予同事接觸多樣化工作，從而發掘潛能，讓大家發揮所長。

為鞏固團隊精神，我們每年都會有定期的公司活動，如Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, Sports Day等，讓不同部門的同事相聚，互相了解。同時，我們亦十分重視員工績效，不時表揚與嘉許優秀員工，推動更高的工作效率和成績↗️我們亦鼓勵同事，參與公司與不同慈善團體聯辦的義工活動，透過活動幫助社會上有需要的人士，藉此散播愛與關懷💝

Nexify Limited was founded by a group of passionate and experienced professionals in the IT industry. Over the years, we have been dedicated to source excellent technologies, providing the most appropriate IT solutions to our customers with Nexify’s professional spirit and comprehensive analysis of their needs; hence promote the development of technology in Hong Kong.

Going Forward and Growing Together

For newly-joined colleagues, we will have senior staffs to help them to adapt to the work, step-by-step to apply their knowledge in practical work. Our staff training programme always aims at “optimizing professional performance and exploring staff potential. To proceed that, experience sharing meetings are held on a regular basis to promote interdepartmental communication and cooperation, thus providing opportunities for colleagues to engage in diverse works, allowing everyone to develop their strengths and explore their potentials.

Warm and Caring Team

In order to consolidate the team spirit, we hold regular team-building activities such as Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, Sports Day etc. every year, so that all colleagues can get together to build up bonding with each other.

We recognize the performance of employees. Awards ceremonies are held to give us a chance to express our appreciation for their outstanding work efficiency and achievements↗️

At the same time, we encourage our colleagues to participate in volunteering activities that we collaborate with various charitable organisations to help people in need, so as to spread our love and care to them.💝
