每進行一項的建築工程前，往往需要遞交過百張的圖則、結構圖、計算報告、證書和申請文件等以獲准審批。若繼續使用紙本形式，不但會導致資源消耗，更會因冗長的審批過程而影響建築項目的動工時間。因此，落實數碼轉型，簡化繁複的資料呈交及處理流程，絕對是刻不容緩。
有見及此，我們為公營部門設計了一套簡單易用的建造業中央電子資料申請平台，簡化固有的審批程序，讓申請者使用電子方式隨時隨地上傳文件與圖則、追蹤審批進度。除此以外，平台更配合建築信息模擬技術，以多媒體呈現建築物設計，讓不同專業人士檢視和核實各方面的設計，繼而加強業界溝通協作，預測施工風險，一同優化項目，提升生產力，推動智慧城市發展。
For every construction project, hundreds of construction plans, structural drawings, reports, certificates, and application documents are required to submit for approval. Massive paperwork leads to resource consumption and lengthens the approval processes, affecting the start of construction projects. This is when digital transformation comes to the rescue as it simplifies the complicated data submission and processing procedures.
We have designed an easy-to-use digital platform for the construction industry’s centralized submission of electronic documents for the public sector. This simplifies the approval process as users can upload documents anytime, anywhere, and track approval progress electronically. The platform is also aligned with the BIM for building plans to be presented in multimedia for different professionals to review and verify all aspects of the designs which will enhance communication & collaboration among industry to precisely predict the construction risks and optimize the project together, thus will vastly improve productivity and promote Smart City Development.
