Tracking Cases with a Robust Web-based System to Increase the Efficiency of Case Examinations
The Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC) was faced with a rapidly expanding volume of case information and the need to strengthen its research work. Nexify was brought on to develop a new Electronic Case Information Management System (ECIMS) that could quickly and efficiently create, store, organise, maintain, retrieve and manipulate this data. Two further requirements were that the new ECIMS should include all the functions and features of the existing system, and should be able to enrich case details as well as track the progress of each case.
