每進行一項的建築工程前，往往需要遞交過百張的圖則、結構圖、計算報告、證書和申請文件等以獲准審批。若繼續使用紙本形式，不但會導致資源消耗，更會因冗長的審批過程而影響建築項目的動工時間。因此，落實數碼轉型，簡化繁複的資料呈交及處理流程，絕對是刻不容緩。

有見及此，我們為公營部門設計了一套簡單易用的建造業中央電子資料申請平台，簡化固有的審批程序，讓申請者使用電子方式隨時隨地上傳文件與圖則、追蹤審批進度。除此以外，平台更配合建築信息模擬技術，以多媒體呈現建築物設計，讓不同專業人士檢視和核實各方面的設計，繼而加強業界溝通協作，預測施工風險，一同優化項目，提升生產力，推動智慧城市發展。

For every construction project, hundreds of construction plans, structural drawings, reports, certificates, and application documents are required to submit for approval. Massive paperwork leads to resource consumption and lengthens the approval processes, affecting the start of construction projects. This is when digital transformation comes to the rescue as it simplifies the complicated data submission and processing procedures.

We have designed an easy-to-use digital platform for the construction industry’s centralized submission of electronic documents for the public sector. This simplifies the approval process as users can upload documents anytime, anywhere, and track approval progress electronically. The platform is also aligned with the BIM for building plans to be presented in multimedia for different professionals to review and verify all aspects of the designs which will enhance communication & collaboration among industry to precisely predict the construction risks and optimize the project together, thus will vastly improve productivity and promote Smart City Development.

愁緊點樣可以快速審批大量測試報告，以免影響工程進度？

無論私營建造業公司或相關公營部門，往往都要收集不同的建築物料測試報告，確保樓宇或建築大樓符合物料規定。然而，這類型的文件通常多達千頁，甚至高達萬頁。若繼續依賴人手逐份查閱審批，可想而知同事的工作壓力有多大, 審批過程中亦避免不了會有錯誤。

近日Nexify為建造業公司設計了一套審核系統，將過去需要手動分類文件的工序自動化，靈活運用人工智能，快速處理上萬頁的測試報告，自動檢查每一份資料的完整性，進一步提高審核準確度，繼而從文件抽取相關內容進行分析，查核當中數據是否符合相關規定，有效地加快工程進度之餘，亦能保障樓宇安全！

Need a quick way to approve a large number of test reports?

For construction companies and relevant public sectors, building materials must be tested and its test reports must be collected and reviewed to ensure that buildings and architectures comply with the requirements. However, these types of documents are usually thousands of pages, or even more. You can imagine how much work pressure and workload the reviewers would have, and errors will inevitably occur during the approval process if you continue to rely on manual reviews and approvals.

Nexify has recently designed an automatic AI checking system to help the manual checking procedure. This system is mainly designed for construction companies to handle thousands of test reports quickly. It can classify different kinds of reports, check the completeness and extract relevant data from individual reports. The data can be used for further analysis to see if the building materials can meet the relevant standards. The AI checking system can help to controls the project timeline and improves the quality of buildings efficiently!

近年，數碼簽署（Digital Signature）之應用開始普及，坊間上亦出現不同工具支援簽署，如Adobe Sign、DocuSign、Citrix RightSignature等。數碼簽署不僅具法律效力，更可令整個簽署的過程化繁為簡，無須再使用紙筆、打印機或掃描器，就能將問題迎刃而解，節省文件簽署時間與不必要的紙張浪費。

今期分享會邀請到Matthew Team與我們分享與即場示範如何使用數碼簽署工具，亦是文件管理系統NEXTORE能夠支援的一個功能，其可透過與P12 File、eToken和I AM SMART的整合，為使用者提供一個更方便、準確性高的體驗。
