Nexify近日榮獲由YMCA頒發的Y-care企業伙伴計劃獎項，在此感謝YMCA肯定了我們的付出。

Y-Care企業伙伴計劃旨在透過與企業合作，為不同社群帶來關懷與溫暖。今年年初，我們關注到多區基層長者因嚴峻的疫情而人心惶惶；為此，我們聯同YMCA的地區中心，為他們準備防疫心意包，希望他們能有充裕的物資對抗疫情。

接下來的一年，我們將繼續與YMCA合作，時刻關注社區，致力向不同群體傳遞愛與關懷，為社會出一分力！

Nexify was recently awarded the Y-Care Bronze Partner Award by YMCA. Thank you for the appreciation!

The Y-Care CSR Scheme aims to bring care and warmth to different communities through cooperation with companies. Nexify noticed that some elderly were panicking due to the severe epidemic situation in early 2022; thus, we worked with the YMCA center to prepare care packages for them, wishing them to have sufficient supplies to fight the epidemic.

In the coming year, we will continue to cooperate with YMCA to deliver our love and care to different groups while doing our part for society!

新冠疫情雖稍微緩和，但仍有不少地區的污水檢測結果呈陽性，令區內市民惶恐不安。為預防因疫情再度爆發而面臨物資短缺危機，我們今次聯同香港中華基督教青年會天平長者鄰舍中心，為上水區的基層長者準備防疫心意包💝讓他們有足夠物資應急之餘，更可減少出外次數，降低感染機會💪

擁抱隱蔽長者

社會上有一班長者與社會疏離，欠缺家庭或朋輩支援，導致他們資訊貧乏，不懂得尋求他人和社會服務機構的協助。為幫助這班隱蔽長者能擁有身心健康的生活，我們於2017年成為「嗇色園人道社區關愛計劃」為期三年的支持機構，幫助他們重拾信心，走出隱蔽生活，讓他們感受更多社會上的溫暖。

本著助己助人的精神，我們在2022年繼續參與為期三年「嗇色園人道社區關愛計劃」，成為支持機構的一份子，向缺乏援助的長者傳遞愛與關懷，讓他們可以享受豐盛有愛的晚年。

 

Embracing Hidden Elders

Care for the elders who are socially isolated and lack family or community support.

Some elders have difficulties in integrating into the community, for they lack resources to seek help from social service agencies. In the hope to help them to live a healthy life both physically and mentally, Nexify had participated in the “Humanitarian Community Caring Project for the Elderly” launched by the charitable organization Sik Sik Yuen in 2017. In these 3 years, we aimed to help the elderly to regain confidence from the secluded life, and share the concern from society.

In the spirit of “helping others in a way is helping ourselves”, in 2022 we continue to be one of the supporting agencies of the “Humanitarian Community Caring Project for the Elderly”. We are dedicated to share our love and care to the elderly who lack assistance and help them to have an abundant life with love in old age.

與YMCA合作的義工活動已順利舉行
 
社會上有不少基層兒童因成長背景或缺乏資源的情況下, 比較少機會接觸科技，所以早前我們一班同事與YMCA觀塘會所的導師為超過30位基層兒童 提供一個融合環保又富創意的工作坊，由零開始，為自己創造一盞獨一無二的觸感開關枱燈💡
 
一眾小朋友與導師充滿互動，主動舉手回答問題，十分投入，期間他們將日常生活中的物料，例如膠樽、牛奶紙盒、廁紙筒、紙張等廢物利用，發揮無窮無盡的創意，添上不同色彩、畫上圖案和寫下字句，為自己組裝的枱燈賦予不同意義。
 
在我們義工和導師的協助下，他們將經3D打印機列印的零件，配合開發板及LED燈帶，將觸感開關編程輸入到開發板，齊心協力點亮每一盞承載夢想而又獨特的枱燈，予以為小朋友在人生旅程上帶來一片光明和希望，讓他們體悟愛和溫暖💗

與YMCA合作的義工活動已順利舉行

就在上星期五，我們一班同事前往上水天平長者鄰舍中心，陪伴接近30位長者一同創作發光磚🌟運用彼此的創意，攜手合力創作出不同形狀的發光磚作品，例如代表友誼的橋樑，以及象徵永恆的花；當日還創作了閉合電路感謝卡，讓長者們寫下感謝短句，將這份心意帶給身邊人，傳遞正能量的訊息。活動尾聲，大家一起藉著歌聲點亮閃爍的發光磚，讓這份溫暖在漆黑中閃閃發光👨🏼‍👩🏼‍👧🏼‍👧🏼

【CSRevent | STEM Light Bricks．Light Up Life】

The voluntary event held in cooperation with YMCA has come to a successful close.

Last Friday, we visited Tin Ping Neighbourhood Elderly Centre and made light bricks with almost 30 elderly people🌟 Using our creativity, we worked together to create different shapes with the light bricks, including a bridge representing friendship and a flower symbolizing eternity. We also made closed circuit thank you cards for the elderly people to write short messages to express their gratitude to people around them, as well as to spread positivity. Towards the end of the event, everyone lit up the dazzling light bricks by singing together, letting the warmth shine in the dark. 👨🏼‍👩🏼‍👧🏼‍👧🏼
