每進行一項的建築工程前,往往需要遞交過百張的圖則、結構圖、計算報告、證書和申請文件等以獲准審批。若繼續使用紙本形式,不但會導致資源消耗,更會因冗長的審批過程而影響建築項目的動工時間。因此,落實數碼轉型,簡化繁複的資料呈交及處理流程,絕對是刻不容緩。

有見及此,我們為公營部門設計了一套簡單易用的建造業中央電子資料申請平台,簡化固有的審批程序,讓申請者使用電子方式隨時隨地上傳文件與圖則、追蹤審批進度。除此以外,平台更配合建築信息模擬技術,以多媒體呈現建築物設計,讓不同專業人士檢視和核實各方面的設計,繼而加強業界溝通協作,預測施工風險,一同優化項目,提升生產力,推動智慧城市發展。

For every construction project, hundreds of construction plans, structural drawings, reports, certificates, and application documents are required to submit for approval. Massive paperwork leads to resource consumption and lengthens the approval processes, affecting the start of construction projects. This is when digital transformation comes to the rescue as it simplifies the complicated data submission and processing procedures.

We have designed an easy-to-use digital platform for the construction industry’s centralized submission of electronic documents for the public sector. This simplifies the approval process as users can upload documents anytime, anywhere, and track approval progress electronically. The platform is also aligned with the BIM for building plans to be presented in multimedia for different professionals to review and verify all aspects of the designs which will enhance communication & collaboration among industry to precisely predict the construction risks and optimize the project together, thus will vastly improve productivity and promote Smart City Development.

每年都有數百萬考生參加不同教育機構的考試,為確保考生成績如期公佈,在每一場考試結束後,繁複且嚴謹的評卷程序亦隨即展開。在有限時間內,傳統人手評卷方式有機會出現人為錯誤,令整個過程欠缺效率。故不少教育機構希望透過科技改變傳統方式,將其評卷過程數碼化,以提高處理成績計算效率與準確度。再者,近年疫情爆發的情況下,遙距功能亦變得由其重要,系統讓評卷員可利用遠端桌面安全地進行遙距評卷,更靈活處理考卷,加快評卷過程。

為確保客觀評分及避免答題洩漏,線上遙距評卷系統的保密性至關重要。就加強系統的保密性與建立遠端桌面功能,早前Nexify為教育機構特別設計了一套線上遙距評卷系統,新增動態浮水印、設置登錄時間、自動鎖定屏幕等功能,全方位增加保密措施。

Can examination marking be digitalized?

Millions of candidates take part in exams at different educational institutions every year. To ensure candidates’ results can be released within the predetermined time, the marking processes will be immediately started right after every examinations. With the limited time, traditional marking can lack accuracy and prone to calculation errors, causing inefficiency to the whole process. Thus, many educational institutions hope to change the traditional method through technology, with digitizing the marking process to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the appeal processing.

Additionally, the remote function has also become particularly important due to the epidemic outbreak in recent years; markers can now access the system to retrieve the marking papers more flexibly with a secure remote desktop connection, which will speed up the marking process.

To ensure the marking process is in a fair manner, and to prevent any leakage, the security of the online remote marking system is crucially important. In view of this, we designed an online remote marking system for an academic institution with the function of dynamic watermarks, login time control and automatic screen lock to strengthen the security of the system all of these, increased the system.
